Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Economy Shipping (5–8 business days)
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)
Free standard shipping is available on all US orders over $150.
International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Among the Wreckage is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Packaging Every order is carefully packaged to ensure your pieces arrive safely and beautifully. Orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery to ensure your jewelry reaches you securely.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages Among the Wreckage is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, or for delays caused by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at amongthewreckage.jewelry@gmail.com with photos of the damage.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Among the Wreckage is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
